RETURNS & REFUNDS
At IcedOut, we are committed to delivering the best quality and value, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please get in touch with us to explore replacement options or other solutions.
Return Policy
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for requests made after this period.
- Return Process: To return a product, it must be in its original condition and packaging. Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, in which case we will cover the return shipping or issue store credit for the shipping fee.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact us at info@geticedout.co within 7 days of delivery. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full In-Store credit.
Refund Process
To ensure smooth processing, use a trackable shipping service to return your item. Once we receive and inspect the product to confirm it’s in its original condition and packaging, we will process the refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after submitting an order.
- Finding a better price elsewhere after purchase.
- Incorrect product or size ordered.
- Delivery delays caused by unexpected shipping issues.
- Items purchased as gifts that are unwanted or disliked.
- All high-end watches priced above $2,000 NZD are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the high risk of fraudulent activity associated with such transactions.
- Please note that claiming an order was placed by mistake will not be accepted as a valid reason for cancellation or refund once we have commenced processing or production of your order.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges under the following conditions:
- A restocking fee of $60 NZD applies to all exchanges.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in packaging.
- The replacement item must be of equal or greater value.
Free Exchange for Defective Items: If the issue is related to a defect in the Item, you are eligible for a free exchange. Please contact us at info@geticedout.co for assistance.
